The decoration at the hotel was absolutely charming, reminiscent of the artist Rembrandt himself. The paintings on the walls and the antique furniture gave it a cozy, old-world feel that I simply adored. The general areas were well-maintained and comfortable, with plenty of seating for older guests like myself. the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with clear signage and well-lit hallways that made navigating the property a breeze.
If I had to ask for a better vacation for senior people, I would have appreciated handrails or additional support on the stairs. While the hotel's charm and historical nature were delightful, the steep stairs could pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.

The location of this B&B is fantastic, situated right in the heart of the city. You will find yourself in an area that is on the border of touristy places, providing a more authentic experience. the rooms are immaculate and spacious, with comfortable beds and windows offering views of the beautiful canals. the hosts are perfect, providing excellent communication and making sure all guests have a comfortable and cozy stay.
Some guests mentioned that there was occasional loud music from a shop below the apartment during the day, but this was not a major issue.

Title: Family-friendly Comfort and Charm
My wife says that families with younger children might benefit from having some child-proofing measures in place, especially on the steep stairs leading to the bedrooms. Although it was not an issue for us, it could pose a challenge for those with disabilities or very young ones.
